Return Eligibility

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • It should be returned with all original packaging and accessories.
  • Proof of purchase (Order ID/Invoice) is required.

How to Request a Return

Our team will review the issue and verify whether the product qualifies for a return. If the return request is approved, we'll provide you with the return instructions.

Return Shipping

After approval:

  • The customer must securely pack the product.
  • The product should be sent via any courier service at the customer's expense to the following address:

Inspection & Refund

Once we receive the returned product:

  1. Our team will inspect the product.
  2. If the return is approved after inspection, your refund will be processed.

The refund amount including the applicable return shipping charges (if approved by our team) will be transferred to the bank account or payment details provided by you.

Refunds are processed within 0–7 working days after the returned product has been successfully received and approved.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

  • The wrong product
